A large international client required rapid implementation of a digital tool that will help their on-site monitoring teams with capturing answers to pre-defined checklist questions on the many construction sites they are providing professional services to.
The solution
The MPAMOT Digital Advisory team implemented mCollect, our field data collection tool, and custom-built a site checklist so that the monitoring staff could easily find, check and record progress on the construction sites.
mCollect reports are automatically updated, providing the client with the most up-to-date and relevant information in near-real time.
The results
The initial goal of deploying a fully functional site data collection tool in a short period of time was achieved by using the mCollect platform.
The on-site teams experienced a vast improvement in their data collection efficiency and accuracy and as such the amount of queries for staff to re-visit a site was reduced to zero.
